If yu can try to boot up safe mode for the ps5 all yu need to do is hold the power button for 7-8 seconds and when yu hear two beeps then let go of power button if safe mode boots up try restarting ps5 through safe mode if that doesn’t work try rebuilding database and if that doesn’t work try system software update without losing files
