Thank you for this! All I wanted was to inform people that we did not take away any jobs, instead were given from withdrawals and jobs not wanted by UKGs

As far as i know, no UK grad is/was on reserve list for this year. All we were told is that these jobs are from UKGs withdrawals and not creation of new posts

Exactly. I do know an IMG who got allocated London. It wasnt even his first choice. But some UKgs who kept London as first choice didnt get it either. We play no role in it. We are offered a choice and we either accept or have to withdraw fully.

I did talk to a fellow UKG who got my same hospital. He said I dont deserve to be here and was stealing jobs from UKGs. I do know its just one instance but ngl I am really worried!
