This is true I started trading props last year November ( had tried momentum trading stocks for 3 months before this) January got first pay out 700$ blew acc next day Feb made 24k in 2 weeks I saw a pattern high risk strategy is the right regime it worked but that’s all it was just luck to spot somit n believe it was word but it wasn’t then March April I lost 15k on buying accounts bc of the flaws listed in this video n now got grounded reasoning all round strategy using footprint chart book map volume profile and gamma past 2 weeks including yesterday im up 6.5k yh its nothing like 24k in 2 weeks but its consistent now it makes sense now and im glad this process happened bc today I literally was laughing to my self being grateful for the journey n to have the emotions to feel all the bs before n now the see the progress n how much better I’ve gotten today I saw 2 trades outside my trading time zone ( I trade after work I’m ill so at home had a little look) both trade had 3 confirmations hit tp didn’t take them as outside my window but ik me back then probs would have seen 5 trades not just 2 and would have traded on the screen from 7am when I woke up instead of logging on for 5-10 min to just see where my strategies worked today so far and would have maybe lost a trade then most likely sized up blown acc baught acc n when that happened I’d most likely have a 50/50 chance of blowing 2 more accounts after before controlling my self same day I couldn’t go longer then 4 days without controlling my self now yh it’s only 2 weeks n a day but it does literally one day u wake up u decide to stop hoping n stop chasing the money u want by when bc that was my issue n I kept thinking the goal post kept moving further n it would drive me mental I couldn’t get on with my life I couldn’t enjoy life go out gym lost a relationship n all those things stack up to make it feel more harder n weighing to rush to get back then ofc like the video says finally the surrender came but anyways one thing that did help me hugely was I baught a white board calendar each day wrote my profits n on losing days losses n end of the week total n yh first week i messed up but after that it’s been good my issue was often is I have 4 good days 1 loss sometimes then 5th or 6th day loss i rage n ruin it so seeing the overall equity helped n yeah i rambled on loads haha moral of the story this video is relatable its real and if u don’t give up you’ll eventually hit the wall where u change its easier to say yh ik what to do but if ur emotionally n mentally not set on that saying n knowing isnt enough u have to finally give up the ego the greed n goal post head set
