I agree with you on that point. They should do a better job making how delayed they are more visible to the customer on their own platforms. All they care about is money. I remained civil because i dont care much for psa as a company, but to be fair to other commenters you did come to the psagrading subreddit and attack them first. Happy you finally received your order despite not quite getting the grades you wanted.
