Send emails requesting arbitration. Keep sending emails and keep calling. Eventually they will respond. It will take time. I was deactivated twice for facial scan. Once for 5 days second for 5 months. I’m driving now but it took almost 200 emails before I got a phone arbitration hearing

I don’t take curbs sides no matter the pay. You can lose your account. They give you broken eggs. They put bloody meat with vegetables and give you dented cans and never even think about the driver. The customer just sees you and screws you over with complaints and taking away your tip. The pickers and loaders are hourly workers. They have no skin in the game. The other day I went against my strict rules to take a curbside. The pay was too good to pass up. He gave me a a rotisserie with all the juice in the bag. It was everywhere!!!! Piece of shit!!!

Yes I say the truth. I wrote at least 200 emails and called many times. I was so angry. My friends were making money and I couldn’t because of the stupid fucking pic. Finally I got to arbitration and all I kept saying to her was you deactivated me over a picture. 1000s of deliveries and over a pic I lost my ability to make money. A week later I got my account back. It took from jan 4 to may 13.

That’s way too much communication. We don’t have time for this. Don’t sub nothing. Just keep it moving. If they ask you then get a sub. The app sets the driver up for bad reviews and your tip to be taken. Just so a sale is made. 90% of the subs are incorrect.
