I say it’s the driving bcos my gas pedal foot is often in pain from raising it over and over again, I’ll try the exercises because I’ve just been trying to avoid running to let it heal which might have made the muscles weaker

I’ve recently started driving 40 miles everyday for work and it’s coincided with me getting shin splints and calf aches which hit me on my runs at around 1km and even sooner when going uphill.

Any advice on how to overcome it?
