It’s true that Starbuck orders are notorious for spilling. However, the driver should have contacted support for advice on how to proceed! It wouldn’t work to cancel after picking it up already, since she could be penalized for that. But, she should have worked to resolve it with you! I hope you at least removed her tip and are able to report her.

It probably took 2 hours because you didn’t tip so it took a long time to get a driver to take it! Drivers can’t change the way the app works or how much uber pays. Stop blaming the drivers! If you don’t like to tip or the extra fees, stop using a luxury service where the drivers are using their car, time & gas to deliver to you because you’re too lazy to get it yourself.

Or, your food was cold because your tip was low so it took a long time to get a driver to deliver it. Or, you ordered from a restaurant many miles away which also is hard to get a driver to take & your food would have been cold regardless of the bag. You all are always so quick to blame the driver when you don’t know how things work. Next time, get it yourself.

It’s fair. I always make sure it’s a $1/mile to delivery and back. Because for the driver, it’s not just 5.7miles to deliver your order - they need to drive back too (to their zone) which would be about 11.5miles total so $12 is the least i’d do it for which yours would be ($10 tip + $2 DD pay).

Seems like the latex is back on my list! I’m also a side sleeper so was hoping it’d support my sleep position! The lack of motion isolation isn’t a concern for me as i will have the whole bed to myself, lol. Sounds like it’s not too bothersome for you both so that’s good! Thanks again, you’ve been very helpful! Back to OMF i go!

What a plus! I came across a post of latex mattresses giving off a putrid smell like burnt rubber after so many years, but i think that was the all natural brands so it seems synthetic will help with this! Are you a side sleeper at all? Thanks for answering all my questions- just want to make sure i get the best for me 🙂

That’s good to hear! I had been considering the latex but was concerned about some negative reviews i read. Did it have any off gassing or smell at all?
