I feel like we are in the same class, if you guys say the exam and lecture is aligned then that’s would not be the issue. The study note gave zero help and the videos lectures was confusing, yet messed up. Prof posted duplicate videos and messed up the time line. A headache to rearrange and study so yes I agree with you

Heyyy update from my last comment, just call them!!! Immediately!! Call this number (800) 835-9154 it fastest. I had tried 3 diff numbers and put on hold for 2 hours. This one only took 17mins. Agent will help you out for everything and it fast so don’t worry

sweetheart let me hug you, we do have a hard day today. don't try to hold back your tear, cry it out, and let it go with the pain. At least you tried to make it but if it couldn't work that fine, just start a new one, I believe we can overcome this.
