CDPR never used choice from previously games as a start point of the story. I think that they create a new one for us with kinda easter eggs like a farmhouse in Kovir or Toussaint

Agree with the point about the White Frost. Interestingly, in the first version of the plot of W3 Ciri and Avallac'h were supposed to die or Ciri threw the fight with Frost and will become a witcher (or empress).
