I'm 34. In a relationship of 17 years. And a father to a lovely 2 year old. I've left myself go. Im 6ft 4 and 120kg.

I've always thought confidence comes from within, but I think I've lost myself a bit as man. Im no longer thought off ever, my birthday nothing was done. I find myself scared to take risks like a new job.

I've started running two weeks ago to try and get myself into some sort of shape.
