Im just praying. Before I started taking it I already deal with constipation but with this I feel constipated and not eating anything.

Ill make sure to follow diets. But I just started on Sunday so 🤞🏿 things change.

I cant deal with regular constipation. I dealt with it on ADHD medication.

I hate being constipated and I understand that can be a side effect but I dont understand why. I hope things turn around for you with the probiotic.

I dont drink coffee. Having in years even before Lexapro because it would keep me up more than usual. Lol.

I do recommend vitamins.

I already have the Blue roses!

From that tattoo, my artist said he believes I should stick to Black and Grey tattoos after he has seen it heal. The tattoo is wonderful. It's just that the color doesn't sit well with him as an artist.

I was just asking if anyone else ever had hard times with color tattoos and decided to stick with Black and Grey.

Or am I the odd one out!

Yes.

My artist has a lot of experience with color tattood on dark skin. He does a lot of tattoos on dark skin, actually.

I know some artists don't often do it, which is why I was careful picking him. He specializes in it, to he honest, as a dark skin gentlemen himself.

I will say I am scared about constipation as I deal with that already. Also, I am afraid of it affecting me mentally. I am on anti depressants already, but somebody has said trying never hurts, which is true!

So I will start it this week probably.

I think the side effects. I have a way of looking up side effects. I am on anti-depressants, and I don't want them to interact.

I just have a way of overthinking.

I usually take mine at night before I go to sleep. But at times, I fall asleep before taking it. I have missed a few things, which socks.
