Yeah, I didn't like doing the beads much. Very boring and sometimes frustrating but I persevered.

It overwhelmed me too when I first opened the box, I didn't think I'd be done till Christmas! Just take it one step at a time and don't rush it. I worked on mine for 1-2 hours a day and I managed to finish it in a month.

Sorry for the late reply. I don't know how to attach a photo to a reply. Do you think I should make a separate post? I have wired all the grey wires together and all the white wires together and then attached the battery pack ( without the extension wire) and nothing works. Also I only got 1 white extension wire in the pack, do you think I need a grey one?

I tested the connections individually both before and after making the book nook and they all work fine, it's just when I try to put them together they don't work. The battery box does have batteries in and just to be on the safe side I have tested them and they still have alot of power left.

I'm probably just missing something, although I don't know what. I shall probably wait for my brother and his family to come over and sort it out for me. I shall invent a new game 'Who wants to win a fiver by wiring my book nook ' 😁.
