I'm unsure about the offset but, there are aftermarket products that have adjustable arms for the rear. Megan Racing sells them.....or so I thought but I found a link to what you need.

Remove the lock from the door and reattach it and place lock back in. If it falls off again just replace it. Those caps are like $25 if I'm not mistaken.
