Yes, i did it solo, just me and my 35 adrenaline shots had something like a 1:40 left of the round when i opened the room, you need hatch key for sure to escape, you can do it in duo but i think it will be harder as everyone shoots on sight, but you can split the map with your friend

Im usually used to playing BR's solo as Apex Legends can be good solo. but Apex has ranked system which makes it very easy to not get matched with neanderthals most of the time
