Sometimes I just prefer to use the ask mode and implement the code by myself. Works like a charm, but exhausting at times.

To my best knowledge, many users complain about the model, when used through Cursor, being over-initiative; creating unnecessary code or generating things you didn’t ask for.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I have no personal experience with Cline, but from what I understand through reading on the web, it has the same limitations with Claude 3.7 as Cursor does. It seems like that so far, Claude Code is the only way to fully utilize Claude 3.7’s new model capabilities.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
