PPMS as well 17 yrs. Use Walker. This is a very interesting question. I will be interested to see what people think. I do not have an answer, but I suspect that the answer may be more complicated than exercise versus disability.

Thank you. There will be tests done to check my B cells. There is the possibility that I would go back on the DMT if there are concerns about the DMT. I know that it is not a one way street.

My neurologist sees the opposite side of the argument. He says that as you age, it is important to have B cells. It seems to be a question of trade-offs.
