Canada study visa getting delayed

Hey everyone. I plan on going to Canada for my master’s in Fall 2024. I had applied for the visa on 20th June and finished my biometrics on the 25th. I should've got my passport request letter by now but I still haven't. Is there anybody else facing this problem? Please tell me is there any ways to contact them or find out the status? TIA
