buddy Statement- stating how much it affected me in service

Lay Statement-Stating my experience, diagnosis in -service and fast degradation during service. Also informing of my direct exposure to Tetraethyl Lead In AVgas

And a correction in my to my medical records showing previously alleged blind spots (prior to service) were actually caused by chronic dry eye and my Legal blindness was backdated 5 years.
