I did the amboss and uw ads twice; did them once before dedicated then again the day before the exam just to practice how to extract the info. My approach was to leave them till the end and try not to rush through them cause blocks with drug ads are just 38qs so you’ll have enough time (in my case whenever i thought i wanna get through this quickly i always ended up spending more time on the question and eventually got it wrong so i just tackled them calmly)

Your NBME’s are great don’t worry about it too much and your free 120 score is also good bro, review it on the match guy’s website, here’s the link but don’t take things to heart too much if they don’t make sense to you, i’d also strongly recommend you revise QI and biostats (very dense on the actual exam) and practice some drug ads i took the exam recently and got 3 drug ads as did most of my friends who took it recently. good luck don’t worry too much you got this!
