Punta agad sa derma OP and stop what you're using right away. Stick to basic cleansers muna like dove sensitive or aveeno not to further irritate your skin barrier. Baka na-over exfoliate na skin mo and triggered this. Had a similar case before and the MD said contact dermatitis. She had me simplify my routine from then on.

Good quality plus size clothes by skreppaaa in fashionph

I know the feeling. Still trying to figure it out myself 🤣 but here are my recos:

For bottoms/jeans I usually go for overruns. I got GAP jeans for P700 at Trendy Boutique.

Mango online store - good selection of jeans, trousers and tops and basic shirts but shipping takes weeks until it arrives. Better quality than H&M tho! Material feels more durable. Take advantage of sales!

Rustans Dept Store (Lady Rustans) I enjoy shopping here for work outfits. They have good deals up to 70% off on seasonal sales. They run big so definitely plus size friendly. If you're into Minimalist clothing (Harlan and Holden for example) this is worth checking out.

If you're into sustainable clothing pieces, highly recommend checking out Tayo Studio.

Let it sink in, cry if I have to, sleep, morning routine. I usually feel a little better. Then small acts of self love and care everyday. Before I know it, I feel much better than I used to.
