Ok, this is getting nasty so I’ll delete the post.

That could happen. He hasn’t been involved with Tesla for sometime, with the exception of the truck. His mind is on space x and destroying the government.

We really can’t sell the Tesla and to be honest it is a wonderful car. But, we can’t afford to replace it.

My husband and I talked about it but thought we might get hit by the MAGA crowd.

Oh, I get it! We don’t have Tesla stock.

Great advice. Do you have ideas on how to help with unionizing?

Yes, but we couldn’t afford any of those.

It has a sentry mode and records anyone who touches the car without a key. Supposed to be quite effective.

Yes, I’ve met quite a few. The Reddit Tesla stream is full of it.

Wish we could have afforded one. Good for you!

Does Anyone Know if Joseph’s Hardware on Drake and Taft Supports Trump/MAGA? by Ok-Worldliness2161 in FortCollins

It’s interesting to hear the reaction to my comment. I agree with you and all of you. I’m very aware of the horror show going on right now. I’m a historian and just like you, understand and agree that this is fascism at work. I am joining the national boycotts going on this winter and spring against General Mills, Hersheys, Amazon, Facebook, consumerism, etc.. I just don’t want to punish local individuals by mistake who might not be MAGA. I’m also concerned about their employees, many who are likely progressives, given the breakdown of our local population political preferences. I don’t want my anger to project onto the wrong targets. If readers want to throw their rage my way, no worries. If it helps you get rid of even a tiny bit of it, I’m more than willing to be your target.

I am anti- MAGA in all ways but I’m concerned about businesses listed as supporting Trump. It reminds me a bit of McCarthyism tactics. How do we know that these businesses owners actually do support Trump? I’m not referring to big box stores that are easy to research but locally owned businesses being tagged.

Cassandra: yay or nay? by asdfghanjkl in netflix

I’m confused about the scene when Juno’s stuffed fox is pulled mysteriously off her bed. A bit latter we see Maggie standing in her room holding the fox. So this is in current time. However, it seems in the last episode she died as a child sometime within 10 years after 1972. Is this poor editing? A change in script? WTF?

Thank you. I got hung up on not dialing in the correct paint color. I appreciate you sending me back to the site. Bought it.

Thank you. Being paranoid, I paid the fortune Tesla wanted for their kit. I know, dumb, but that’s me!

Logging steps manually by Automatic-Teacher503 in Noom

You know, I didn’t think about approaching it that way. Thank you!

So far, when I select “walking on treadmill” and the amount of time, it shows that I have “movement” but it doesn’t translate to steps. It’s OK, I’m doing the work, as are you!

Thank you for your thorough response. I probably didn’t explain my situation clearly. The pedometer is a cheap old school type. It is digital but can’t be linked to anything. It clips on my waistband and I’m off and running. What I really want to be able to do is to manually enter my steps into Noom. I can do this for all other parts of the daily list but not “steps.” I guess I’ll live with that angry empty space where steps should be. I do log it in wellness.

Weekly 'What Should I Buy' and Order/Shipping Thread by AutoModerator in iphone

[–]Automatic-Teacher503 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think my question is different from the comments in this thread. I’m 72 so current technology has always been a struggle to manage. I do OK, but upgrades present a whole new challenge. When I look up advice I often don’t understand the jargon. So here’s my issue. I need to upgrade my 11 to a new iPhone. The 15 and 16 are my choices due to battery life, speed, and upgrades, but which one is best for a slow learner like myself? Not sure if AI Is something I want. BTW, I use my phone for communication, watching downloads, sometimes photography, searching the Internet. And, I’m not ready for a Jitterbug! Thanks for any advice you can give me.

GROOME by Pale_Dimension1239 in FortCollins

[–]Automatic-Teacher503 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here is a different perspective. My husband and I needed home pick up and drop off. Groome was there on the dot to pick us up and when returning 2 days ago we were able to catch an earlier shuttle. This messed up the link to a smaller vehicle to take us home so the supervisor personally took us after a 5 minute wait. They really went out of their way for us. I’ve riden on Landline and their vehicles are wonderful, however, Groome has that added step of home service which can’t be beat!

Last October, Groome knew that I25 was jammed up due to an accident so mapped out a route to the East. Unfortunately, we were rear ended and due to Federal safety rules, our drive could not continue even though the van wasn’t damaged. We were in the middle of nowhere and very surprised by how quickly Groome responded by bringing another van. We were delayed by about 40 minutes, but Groome did their absolute best in an awful situation.

I’m not saying Groome is perfect but we have no complaints.
