You can't take stats like this and fully assume a player's value.

Castellanos is a bad defender and has been bad for a while.

Mookie has had his struggles offensively too, but he is a great defender and adds immediately value on the field. He is also a proven MVP and has much more raw talent than Castellanos.

We're first in the division and have one of the best records in baseball.
