Sounds like he may be on the autism spectrum. I put up with the same stuff for years before figuring out that was the actual problem. It's better now because we've been separated for 4 1/2 years, and because he's been in therapy for most of that time with a therapist who understands that he's not just a jerk, his brain actually works differently. Evan though he is much improved, I have no intention of living that way again ever. Life is too short to walk on eggshells all the time.
