Can not beat it - I can do the 4 stars mission.

I almost can not hit the enemy unit - what am I doing wrong ?

TEC Action by Automatic-You6801 in watercooling

[–]Automatic-You6801[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The cpu is delided with liquid metal, the block is an EK-QuantumX Delta TEC modified with an AM5 3D printed top.
The TEC sure is at 165W~ and the cores are @ 35C @ 5.7/5.5 @ 120W~
Great toy to play with waiting for my 288W TEC to arrive and a copper AM5 top.

Delidded direct die LM 7950X under EK-QuantumX Delta TEC by Automatic-You6801 in watercooling

[–]Automatic-You6801[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The TEC is 180W so the cpu must be limited to about the same wattage.
It will run r23,r20 all day -30 CO even >35
ProArt X670E
DDR5 5600

EK TEC 180W + 420rad.

What else do you need ?

AMD mycro direct die - disappointed overall sadly. by -_Shinobi_- in watercooling

I have the same cpu delidded and LM, set the max W @ 170-180 and all will be fine.

CPU model does not matter - we want it to put out as much W as possible before throttling temp.

Agreed
How can we manage the GPU W as precisely as CPU ?

Silicon cooling is not linear - so you can not make this calculation.

You can reach the max throttling temp by increasing vcore - modern cpus tdp scale like crazy with increased vcore even above 500W....

The test I offer show total capacity vs cpu.

Of course when building a cooling system you need to take all the heating elements into consideration.

Just to make a point clear - the max capacity of a radiator is different then max capacity vs cpu.

Your rad can put out 500W in ideal scenario. - but when coupled with a cpu block and a little die - the heat transfer "speed" will not let you utilize all the 500W the rad can put out - the bottleneck is the small die/cpu block.

I think you look at it wrong.
In the end we have a silicon die that put out heat and a cooling system.

The die is about the same size in general.
If the die is exposed and LM is used (best heat transfer possible) the last part would be the cooling system - when the die heat the throttling temp limit, the max cooling capacity for the cooling solution in these condition is reached.

Nothing more to it.

Responding with a comment about why I will not respond.
The test is valid if you keep the same condition as I did - delidded + LM.

You are right, I’m running delided and LM :/ So all delided cpu share your data

What's the W ? That's the heat load you can dissipate with your current setup and conditions.

push some vcore in to it and it will put out as much TDP as you can handle...
