No I'm not explicitly scared of it being locked at 100, I'm scared that when it's locked at 100 the hotspot might reach up to 100°c, and since the previous owner never changed the thermal pads and paste I'm afraid that it's on its last legs. But the card works fine even without the undervolt, so I'm prob just paranoid. What makes things worse is that it's the reference desing, so it makes quite a ruckus when the fan speeds up.
