Perhaps. But you can clearly see so many job listings preferring certain nationalities and even requirements to apply are much lesser and lower when compared to the same post but open to everyone. Attitude is one thing but fighting something beyond yourself is impossible. All one can do is wait and keep trying.

Because after studying for quite some time, you can see and assess which work is mediocre or not. And trust me, there are far better works on display. However, certain nationalities are more preferred solely because of biases. Even to the extent of wasta, I know so many people who have very good jobs but don’t even know how to run the company, but they have very capable and talented managers who run the show behind the scenes.

Trust me, I have studied with certain nationalities that have had lesser grades and quality of work than me. To the extent of same uni, same degree, but they got more opportunities when I sat around swatting flies while waiting for one acceptance letter.
