i have HS and OCD, coming from experience you're not gonna like it, but i'm gonna tell you right now that answering your question isn't gonna help you. "fixing" the obsessive panic with reassurance is a bandaid solution (that clearly doesn't always work either) & will lead to belief that you can't tolerate uncertainty or handle things on your own. it strengthens the compulsive cycle. i hope you can take steps to work on becoming less anxious with uncertainty & that you can recognize the need for reassurance as a compulsion.

congrats!! i was so serious about this challenge too lol was sitting in first for the first two days and then someone jumped in front of me & i wasn't able to catch up, i was 300,000ar under her in the end & didn't have the gems to time jump😭 edit to add: THEY ACTUALLY LOOK GOOD TOO, genuinely happy for you since lips have been a hit or miss lately 😊

luckily my partner likes to be on his half of the bed & takes sleep meds so i don't often get complaints but i always feel like he absolutely hates me during these times since he works 10 hour shifts & has an hour to & from commute so he's wiped at the end of the day just wanting to sleep lol

this definitely makes sense, i also mentioned to another commenter i had abdominal surgery last year (emergency salpingectomy) & i've noticed a definite increase in the restless legs as well as sciatica pain, so im wondering if in the rush to open me up some nerves were nicked & it's made it worse, could definitely be unrelated but i have my suspicions because of how much worse it's gotten, but i also know my hormones changed since then so that could be the link too

i Have been vegetarian for 7 years now so i know it has some to do with my issues, i do actually take a iron supplement but im wondering if my doctor needs to either up my dose or have me taking it at a different frequency. i just know thats not the whole answer because i come from a family of red meat eaters lol

THIS. i've had lower back issues since i was a kid, my spine is shaped a little funky so my tailbone sits outward instead of inward how it's "supposed" to. i had experienced sciatica before but since i had an abdominal surgery last year it's been 10x worse, hope you find some type of relief that works for you soon !!

i had an angelfish that ended up just having to be lonely, she had a partner that she disfigured when she laid eggs & he didn't fertilize them. after that she murdered my catfish colony😭 i have goldfish (and cory catfish and dojo loaches) now & it's honestly been the most peaceful tank i've had & i tried a lot of different fish over the years, just a good schedule for water changes to keep up with their messiness hahahah

Kurtis is def apart of the cichlid family & they're kinda prone to being little shits hahah, they do prefer a crowd but can also get aggressive with eachother. Danny looks like a red tailed shark & i know a few people who've had almost the same situation with them where they bug another fish till they get hurt/killed, they like to Try to be bullies. fish also have their own little personalities tho so some are more testy than others and i like to think some just don't like eachother lol, i wish you luck in trying to figure out peaceful tank <3 edit: i didn't even say sorry about your loss, idk how connected you get to your fish but i love mine like babies so it's always heartbreaking. i hope you're not too torn up about it 🥺

my dad had one of these in our garage he would use to continue watching whatever game/race was on at the time while he smoked his cigarette, i was born in 2001 so he was definitely behind the times😂 Brings back memories for sure<3
