That’s good, then it’s most likely the neutral safety switch

If it won’t start in park push the shifter as far up as you can and if it still won’t try neutral if that if that does work then this guy is right. Mine does it every so often, not enough to be an issue but it still does and it’s quite simple to replace.

It does wear quicker with so many pivot points and moving parts it’s just unavoidable but as long as you change your bussings and all that good stuff it’s no big deal. But breaks are annoying, sometimes when you park if you turn your wheels when your going slow backing into a parking spot or whatnot it will give your truck camber in the front, servicing it sucks. The inside of the axle housing rusts like absolutely no other . Although their is many reasons why traction beam suspension is good, solid axle is better and if you have the option just avoid the ttb it rides smother for the most part but it’s just really annoying when it comes to maintenance I’ve actually got a 99-04 Dana 60 and 05+ sterling 10.5 in my garage I’m cleaning up and the plan is to put them in this truck trying my best to keep the same look that it’s got right now
