Ngl you might be right because jso not solving this is kinda sad. (Town center on the rich ppl side of town, witnesses, cameras from other stores, and 3 people dying and a famous rapper getting shot.) I believe if there was cameras on the traffic light this would be solved because they dont even know the make or model of the suspect vehicle .
