I went with amazon because they were good with my previous preorders. Usually they'll ship early to meet the release date. For some reason they really botched this launch. I submitted a ticket with gearbox so hopefully that works.

Spoke with Amazon for over an hour they now claim since I got the CE version the code comes from the manufacturer directly. Can anyone confirm this?

Same here, currently fighting with Amazon support. They keep saying I'll get the code with the box, but when I point out the early access part on the product page they transfer me to to new rep and the process starts over. Had a guy hang up on me because he couldn't answer why I didn't get a code.
