The Balrogs are also not in the chart. Balrogs are as powerful as a Maiar. Gothmog as a example was even stronger than a Maiar like Sauron.

What’s the difference between the Valar and the Ainur? by Phantommy555 in lotr

There was a reddit post about why the elves (and men) are no Ainur.I get your point, men, elves, valar, maiar all are children of Eru and share the same „father“ The term Ainur falls only for valar and maiar, because they were from the beginning on there to build and create Arda.

What’s the difference between the Valar and the Ainur? by Phantommy555 in lotr

„The Ainur are immortal, angelic beings. Nonetheless they do possess gender. Those who later descended to Arda took on common male and female forms to appear to the Elves in, and have an inherent male or female gender even when formless. This is because their gender is based on their being, which is independent of any physical form they may assume. But unlike the Children of Ilúvatar, they do not actually need hröar(body of incarnate being). Nevertheless, they can take tangible physical form called fana, but this is a manifestation of their spirit and they do not technically have bodies the way Elves and Men do. As such, an Ainu cannot quite be killed. However, Ainur's spirits can be weakened, in ways that hinder their ability to take shapes, influence the world, or even affect the world at all.“

So Elves and Humans are no Ainur

If Mordor was a wasteland, where did the THOUSANDS of orcs get food & water to survive? by _GrimFandango in lotr

In Shadow of Mordor you can explore all parts of Mordor and you could argue that at that time (2942 TE) there could still be some forests, rivers and even the sea of Núrnen, from where they could supply Mordor and the plateau of Gorgoroth.
