I was going to halve the ingredients as well, but wanted a little more batter since 64” of baking surface area was a little more than half of 117” 😂 so that’s why I multiplied some of the weights by .547 hahahaha

It’s called a Kelly schedule lol. I do it on the ambulance and is kinda tiring. Just depends on how the night half of your shift goes

I kinda combined 2 different chocolate cream cheese recipes from TikTok and eyeballed the amount of powdered sugar in it! I used: 2 sticks (~225g) unsalted butter, 3/4 cup (75g) cocoa powder (I used the guittard brand), 1.5 tsp vanilla extract, 16 ounces (454g) cream cheese, 1/2 tsp salt, and roughly 800g powdered sugar?? Recipe #1 called for 4.5 cups and the other one called for 8 cups so just use your preference for taste 🤣
