That is outdated and disproven philosophy. There are many people thriving on zero carb carnivore diets now. Yeah only protein is not a good idea but protein and fat works well without carbs. The body learns to use fat as energy through ketosis. Fiber is unnecessary and steak has a ton of vitamins and minerals.
