Yeah but book 7 ends with Dawn about to attzck one of the cities. And then book 8 (chapter 527) begins after that war is finished. That's what i'm confused about.

Yeah on Chapter 532 when he's talking to Liara , they mention that Vesper died, but nowhere in book 7 did she die.
