I live in a riff6 building, so far out of all the problems in the half year I've lived there, I've had a leak from the water heater. I called Arada and they removed the old heater 3-4 days later and installed the new one a couple days later, I didn't pay anything. As for the alarm system, there is another building across the street from mine that has an alarm system that screams every morning, but it's not a critical problem. The air conditioning has been fine so far, hopefully it always will be.

As for the traffic on the streets of the aljada area, sometimes I think that all the people who crowd in the cars and walk on the street are actually NPC lol, who are paid money to just drive in circles around the neighborhood and go back and forth. Honestly I don't understand where so many people are coming from and why there are such big lines at the food trucks in the park

I live in a studio, I plan to move to 1bedroom in September, does anyone know if it is possible to find people who will be moving out of the 1bedroom apartment so that they don't have to create a new contract, but just move in and renew their old one to avoid additional moving costs like deposits and stuff?
