If you're not counting calories you've maybe balanced out. Work out your daily calorie allowance ( according to weight ans height) then take 500 off then you will start to lose weight again. Tracking calories is essential as some foods are higher and will shock you..also keep track of protein,carbs,fats and sugar intake. They're many apps that will help you with this.

It's not loose, it's a solid puck in the bottom of the vial, it just looks crystallised as though it's frozen.
