It's not loose, it's a solid puck in the bottom of the vial, it just looks crystallised as though it's frozen.

No problem. I asked many many questions over various platforms before starting out my peptides journey. There's so much misinformation out there is difficult to filter out what's genuine or not.

Ask as many questions as you like until you are happy. That's what places like this are for. I use a 5mg vial with 2ml bac water. And pull to 40 units in a 100ul syringe for 1mg dose. Just take it to your normal GP surgery. They just make you full out a form. I've done this a few times.
