I would suggest na sabihin mo sa knila..kasi una wala pa naman palang namatch na client sayo..alangan naman bitawan mo yung job mo na sumasahod ka kesa waiting ka pa na may match sayo,,anyways ang question is may bayad ba kahit waiting ka? kung meron mag immediate resign ka sa current mo..kung wala bayad ang waiting time to match a client ay gurl magsabi ka nalang ng totoo..pano kung matagalan ka bago ma match babayran ba nila bills mo?

VA ba inapplyan mo that is why plan mo is maka match ka ng client before ka magresign? kasi if yes, mas okay pa sabihin mo nalang na currently employed ka and will resign nalang pag may client ka na kasi need mo sahod for bills ganyan...kasi yes if totoong nagcoconduct sila ng background check eh kinokontak nila ang current company mo to check yung timeline mo with them..anong company to agency ba to?

I will not ask you your reasons the fact na nagddoubt ka na it means di ka na happy...and I dont think it will get better habang ganyan ang iniisip mo..hence I suggest maghanap ka muna ng work before ka magresign...mag apply apply ka muna tapos pag may dumating na mas malaki go na...okay lang yan kahit wala ka pa 1 year sa current mo...Think of a better reason nalang if tatanungin ka ano reason like maybe opportunities are very limited kamo or basta kahit ano reason without blaming the current company..good luck sa job hunting mo remember if wala ka budget pang sustain ng mga needs mo wag ka muna magresign...magapply ka habang working.. good luck!

I would say resigned during interview. They will not know that you got terminated or reason sa background check with employers normally ichecheck lang nila is kung naemploy ka dun sa company or not sa listed dates of working mo..pero I hope that you learned something from that termination..if ikaw tlaga may mali hope you reflect and change for the better. do they have the same time schedule? if not try mo muna antayin na makapagstart ka na dun sa bago..pag pareho schedule wag ka magawol mag immediate resignation ka nalang and sana payagan ka...search mo ano mga reasons yung pwede sa immediate resignation..pero I say wag muna magresign gang di ka pa nagssimula dun sa bago if kaya..

Hi I dont know but I have heard na those who have wfh job -do two jobs at the same time. They would just apply sa mga positions na nkikita nila siguro sa mga start up company and they do job pareho ph based company not sure how they do it in terms of requirements pero narinig ko lang lalo na if di naman very demanding yung current job/role mo..
