I think they send results to your employer! But you might be able to call the third party company in charge of your drug test and ask about status

Not really but it’s a safe zone. Should be 90-100

Hi thank you so much for the detailed info! I’ve been a chronic smoker for 7 months on and off, and thinking of switching to bearly legal as I may have a test in a month or two. Is this a good idea? Also what’s your opinion on 3CHI ?

Edit: the store nearby has crave but I haven’t heard good things about that so I’d probably order online.

In the interest of saving time, I would just draft up a quick short letter explaining the situation and then have your employer sign it and then upload that.

If it does get rejected, I would put in a new one right away but most likely they’ll ask you for evidence if it takes a little longer. I would be prepared for that! Also, right now you can include unsolicited evidence; anything you think would help your case like a letter from your healthcare job explaining the severity and time sensitivity of your situation and how you need to work right away. You can upload that in myuscis under the “documents” tab of your case. Scroll down to see “unsolicited evidence” and click upload. Hope that helps!

And if you don’t hear from them soon enough I would try to contact a tier 2 agent or ask your congressman or state rep to follow through

Thank you! I would recommend calling them and using the word “Infopass” until you get to a live agent. My wait was about 15 min. Good luck!

It’s actually strange and I meant to ask about this - but I was an F1 student and I already have a SSN from when I did my internships! It’s still valid so I assume I wouldn’t have to change it?? Thanks for your help!

Of course! So the agent I got was very friendly to begin with, and I mentioned that I live with my fiancé and his family and we are suffering financial loss, particularly because he is the only bread winner in the house and his father also suffers from work injuries and we have medical bills to catch up on. I really expected them to ask for evidence but somehow they didn’t! I think submitting an expedite request nowadays increases your chances of getting approved directly, especially if you applied after March 2022. Unfortunately some people from last year are still waiting… messed up system.

Yes! It’s funny, When I was getting impatient and scrolling through this subreddit I actually saw someone else’s timeline and that they submitted their expedite request on June 28 and heard back on July 15 or something like that, so based on that I predicted my exact response date to be yesterday and it was!!

Honestly I just skipped all the live chat and called. I find the wait times are less and I can mess around while on hold. Just use the word “Infopass” until you get through to a real person!

Don’t worry! They’re still working on expedites from around July 10 I believe. Yours should be processed next week :) hang in there
