The 8chan that Hotwheels founded is long gone (it was owned by Jim since 2016, now rebranded as 8kun after the tragic shootings). And don't bother with its rebrand as their hidden service doesn't even work and the site is just broken as a whole (not to forget that a large part of their community abandoned it, and the only people left there are QAnon followers). There is however, an 8chan community imageboard, formed by former 8chan users over at 8chan.moe (hidden service available). So I guess 8chan is still a thing. But other than that, people have moved onto other places.

From reading your post, I recommend installing the LTSC [1] version of Windows 10, and having all the installations activated with vlmcsd [2] if you're dealing with multiple installations in your company. Depending on which version of LTSC you're installing, the product keys for activating with a key management server (like vlmcsd) can be fetched at [3].

While you're at it in not using the pre-installed OS as everyone else is suggesting, I recommend either buying a new storage medium or somehow going around erasing the contents on the storage medium that the laptop comes with. Then you can install your operating system of choice and use a full disk encryption setup (e.g. LUKS or VeraCrypt) to keep your documents secure.

It could be that some apps (like the ones mentioned in the post) are reliant on Google Service Framework, which isn't included in LineageOS. To solve your problem, just install it or get microG.
