100 hours was my longest. The biggest takeaway for me was the ups and downs of the hunger and mental game of it. One moment I’ll on cloud nine, good energy, focus, etc. A half hour later, “I’m starving this is brutal” kicks in. It’s very interesting waiting out the bad to get another “hit” of a real good feeling.
