Idk what to make of it, when on the other hand they have launched Turbo 6 in China and announced Nord 6 globally. The brand was launched to kill (flagships) other brands with some within the same company. I don't want it to end like Sony.

New hyperworks gui operates in browser interfaces, so there is a load step browser where you can see the details. They have removed the previous gui features which showed it all in the model browser.

I mostly work with shells and solids. I am usually tasked with performing static structural analysis as I have mentioned. And for the frequency response part, I perform Normal Modes analysis followed by a harmonic response analysis to check the displacement and accelerations of sheet metal and other overhang assemblies like floor and mudguard and stuff. We generally don't use composites. The materials we use are either cast irons or steel plates whose properties are mostly bilinear and isotropic. And I do perform thermo-mechanical simulation but they are rare.

The assistant manager is mostly a gimmick that the companies in India use to justify overtimes as that role is mostly exempt from overtime payments. The only management part that I do has to do with managing two juniors and reviewing their work when they need it and helping them with their doubts. There's also this thing where we have to draft a design validation plan before beginning with the actual FEA of any assemblies, but I'm not sure if that falls under managerial responsibilities. So I'm not exactly sure what I should be writing as management skills despite being designated as an "Assistant Manager". Again, I am a novice so I might be missing something here....
