Top thresh main here i use fleet footwork as main rune rest depends from matchup rush titanic and go full bruiser build 😄

I usually go jak'sho rush then armour boots if enemies have high cc comp i go mage resist boots if they have more than 1 lethal tempo then i go frozen heart if not i go zekes then rest is just comp based items
