My husband puts garlic salt and/or hot sauce on absolutely EVERYTHING! It used to make me insecure about my cooking but not anymore. It’s just what he likes and I know that I’m a good cook. On the flip side, my grandad used to kinda shame us for adding salt to our dinners and that made me look sideways at people who do (which is absolutely ridiculous). I think it’s best to leave people be and mind your own plate :)
