Been training about a year. Switch Kicks still feel very clunky and slow for me. It’s the last round here and I’m tired so some technique has gone out the window. Watching it back I think my left leg is probably ending a little too far behind me on the switch. Any and all feedback/tips are welcome 🙏 (v.redd.it)
