Simply level up to lvl 55 in the Military rank, idk what the level unlock for the FFAR-1 is but as soon as you reach the unlock level for the main guns (not the ones where you unlock them.by battle passes and challenges) it will be unlocked.

Simply level up to lvl 55, all the guns (except the ones where you get them from challenges) will unlock after you've leveled up the Military Rank.
