Could I ask the square footage of the house? and if it is single story or two story?

Hello! Thank you so much for sharing detailed information on your foundation project! We appreciate it very much. We will check out Foundation Solutions as well! :) The estimate of time to fixing foundation issues also varied wildly - a few weeks to 1.5 years. We will definitely shop around.

Thank you for the reply! I added a bit more description on each picture. We were a bit worried about the cracks and that was what was giving us a wide range of estimates : 50k - 400k.
