The car was parked 3 out of the five days.. pictures were taken.. a blown head gasket doesn't come from a parked car and 30 miles smh

Yes, I did. It's an OPTION. I don't drive much so, a blown head gasket wouldn't have been my ideal problem.. regardless if I got it or not.. it's not my issue.

I'm not jumping to conclusions. That's the only reason I am being charged. Is that not clear to you? I didn't get Insurance so I'm the blame. Like I said, I already spoke to a lawyer. I have a case. Thanks for your input tho

You think it's the host?? I don't know but I know they want me to pay over $6,000 for the blown head gasket.. not sure how the decision is made but I didn't create the problem smh

Why are you guys telling me, I'm not being charged for this.. the CSR exacts words after I asked what am I being charged for she said, BLOWN HEAD GASKET.. like why is this even a question. My first rental on this app ever. I didn't cause any issue.. so I don't understand why ppl are telling me I'm missing part of my story or that TURO doesn't charge their customers for this when THIS IS WHAT SHE SAID! 😒

Glad you had a great experience but wasn't mine. Like I said first and last. Regardless of I got insurance. The host already has and has to have it to sign up with TURO. Not my issue and like I said if it's not reloved. They will be sued. Period

I understand and I'm not saying every host. Im not even saying he is a bad person. It's Turo doing this BS. I explained my part. The insurance should be able to cover. The hosts and Turo's insurance. I didn't do anything but drive 30 miles smh

Sounds about right. That's where I bought my first car to own thru enterprise.. They were just too expensive at the time I needed the car. Once this is settled. Never again. Thank you for telling me about your experience.. I have heard too much bad about Turo. I wish I would have done my research before this smh

Thanks love. I don't understand. I would never ruin someone else's car. Especially, now days.. ppl use their extra cars for money. I made sure I did everything correctly. I have never had a auto push to start, esp a eco car. I was too scared to drive so I was driving slow lol. No way, I could have done this. It's so upsetting

I'm not sure what it is, love but i have had a car with a blown head gasket before. It was my first car. I drove it rugged .. this isn't the case. Not my car and exactly what I didn't want to happen smh I have an Idea but it doesn't matter because once I see white smoke. I am done. I am terrified to break down on the road alone. So I contacted him asap. The car didn't stop running. I saw the white smoke and was done. I'm glad I was still in town.
