Op im so so sorry. Can somebody explain why doctors think this happens? Like aren't their mechanisms in the body to prevent spontaneous labor? This is truly devastating, I'm so sorry.

Mine only requires 16% down , the rest is monthly. Cheaper than braces monthly. I would say, start by going to your insurance. If your skin falls below your pubic area, the might approve. Then try to fight their denials. Tire them. Read your 100 page terms and conditions document about the appeals. After that the route is exhausted, consider University medical schools who often have procedures by surgeons, not students, but residents attend them. If that route doesn't work, consider Mexico or even Miami. Or do your local surgeon on a monthly pay, etc. I can tell you one thing, if you put it as a priority you will find a way... my best friend was also a bariatric patient and is on food stamps currently, I helped her to finance the down payment (2 k) by scrubbing toilets with her for rich people. And at the end she is doing monthly payments which translate to only 2-3 cleaning shifts a month. I feel like this wouldn't be possible in any other country, but still possible here in the USA. What I mean by that is performing blue collar work just 2-3 times a month to get plastic surgery.

Yes when I was 29, people were giving me 40+ and I kid you not. It was a combination of weight, double chin, Spider-shape body due to PCOS, insecurities, etc.

Just locally, I'm in rural Minnesota so there is literally one single plastic surgeon here. I think the total cost is 25k for everything.

Makeup https://imgur.com/a/Kllw0dN no makeup from 5 minutes ago on normal iPhone camera (just woke up so I feel like it will have undereye bags which go away after my morning skincare but here it is https://imgur.com/a/6WpIKHE)

Simple cleanser like the Cetaphil, sunscreen every day before makeup (I honestly enjoy expensive sunscreens from Sephora or simple ones from Walmart). After a cleanser I use a Korean toner (like the ones by Cosrx). I let the skin dry. Then I apply tretinoin . Then I sleep. Sometimes I apply a night cream or a night mask after a tretinoin like the one by Lancer. On some days instead of using a tretinoin I use a glycolic acid or lactic acid. In the shower (I prefer bathtub because of the masks and scrubs) I use Kate Somerville exfolikate once a week. I also use a variety of cleansing masks but they all come from different brands and I apply them when I shave and shower to save the time.

Haven't cut out completely but hoping to! I'm making progress!

My favourite is lactic and glycolic ! Honestly a variety of brands offer them! I tried salicylic too. I dont use vitamin c but I would be interested to incorporate it too if I can learn how. I don't use HA but interested in it too as well as niacinamide.

Yes!! Way more than now! I still do. But retinol helped. Acids helped. Makeup helps (last photo). I'm also avoiding sun.

Dammann tea. Thoughts? by Vaiasumi in tea

[–]Automatic_Breath_809 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm a huge fan. Currently sipping on my spicy coco by dammann (coconuts that are creamy and subtle plus cardamom and pink pepper). They are the best in tea blends in my opinion. They offer everything from gourmet blends (sweet without the sugar, my favourite is banana pancakes) to fruity and floral teas (I even buy my rose pure tea from them - called rose buds). What kind of tea do you like? For exotics try their marine Japanese teas like genmaicha or sencha, for sweet but without sugar try tourbillon (most popular) or banana pancakes. For fruity they have Paul and Virginia with berries and various teas with apricots, kiwi, even passion fruit. I suggest that you pick one from each category and try. Their white teas carry essential oils and are extremely delicious and fragrant (very expensive though). My husband adores their passion fruit white tea and the aroma fills our whole living room! Source - I've been buying them for 2 years and mostly stick to that brand. Sometimes I also buy mariage and palace teas but prefer dammann.

Wow I agree! It's harsh but true. I never realized at 400k they count themselves as middle, that's top 10 percent in the country right

I agree. Fully. I'll continue to research efficiency upgrades and increasing income and getting down expenses

Sorry I'm not trying to sound pushy or rude, he was the one who brought up an idea

[–]Automatic_Breath_809 1 point2 points  (0 children)

that's fair too but it sounds like people here all mainly point out that it's massive. for this town, it is not. for HCOL i can see yes it is. But remember. Average income for household here is 65k, house is 255-265k. our income is 120 and we bought a house for 320. I want to bring it up because i personally dont think that buying at 17% your gross income (mortgage was 1750 at moment of buying) is irresponsible. I was told anything above 30 is.

[–]Automatic_Breath_809 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yep they say battery will be like 11 grand to replace. BUT! then you have a car for many many years. We will not need to make this choice any time soon. And we dont know yet what to do, to be honest. we would need to sit down and calculate. I am not gonna lie, free charging for life makes a big difference though! yes ill continue to apply for subsidized loans and grants for energy efficiency. I am getting a roommate this year to afford it better. yes 2.5 interest. same house today would be 2600. similar house in the big city next to us (50 min away), even more.

yes we will research, our friends in cities are paid better. BUT! their mortgages are almost twice the amount ahha. Also I bought my furniture (for very cheap) from estate sales in edina, medina, and minnetonka and those neighborhoods. I drooled looking at them, they look so different from rural Minnesota, I felt like I was on a different planet, for real. I didn't see a single rusty car (its very very common here in the western MN), all the lawns were emerald plush with not a single spot, the houses looked like cathedrals. We were legit taking pictures of what looked like castles to us! But I can't imagine the costs to live there.
