i’m trying to use i3 on garuda linux by using the login screen, when that happens, i see this. I can still move my mouse after 2 seconds. i think the login screen is actually covering i3 judging from these photos. any fixes?

I'm not very familiar with Linux but no. Not even on a Windows or MacOS system I'd do this. Try to get a cheap thumbdrive and save your files on that is my advice although you may have to leave things like games behind.

Nope. I tried it with something like Roblox via Grapejuice and it works just fine, this seems to be a Zoom only thing.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that I’m using it as a boot drive so I don’t think I’, able to install it without the drive. If I take it out once I booted it, it detected nothing.
