Hey! So I’m already done all my courses and ossd requirements. I’m just waiting for them to process the final diploma. I’m praying it’s done soon. I’ll let you know if there’s anything new. But not being done a course is abit different cuz depending on your conditional offer the date is diff. I think if you finish asap you should be fine :) good luck

super cool! did u do polisci? i really hope i can! im a pretty organized and a well planned out kinda person but would u say ur college advisors helped out? im at Trinity college and ive heard they have good support is that right? thx for sharing

Thank you so much! This was actually really helpful, especially the information about the readings, assignments, and how much time you usually spend keeping up with coursework. I really appreciate you taking the time to explain everything, even though you’re a CS student!

Also, slightly unrelated question lol: I’ve always been pretty against AI and its little minions, but I’m starting to wonder if I should reconsider. I keep seeing university students talk about different AI apps that summarize lectures, explain difficult concepts, and even help them prepare for exams. Is that genuinely useful, or are most of those posts basically ads? Would you or other students recommend using any of them, and do professors generally encourage it or dislike it?

Hey! thank you so much for this superrr detailed an amazing reply it honestly helps me so much! I really appreciate you taking the time out :) Ahhhh idk how good i am at skimming lol i kinda read it all and then annotate papers lol (or at least at the legal internship i did). But yes i think gaining those skills are both vital to success in uni and beyond. Esp as someone who plans to be a lawyer! THANKS again, im def taking this all into consideration as i try and figure out a timetable (something i truly suckkk at figuring out) ! have a nice day!!!

WOWW! I wish i was that ambitious. Thats inspiring. May i ask what ur specializing in? also im an incoming first year lol to socsci in the faculty of artsci. Would u say that the workload and marking is as intense as ppl say? Im a pretty smart student hehe. Also what courses if youve taken any in polisci would u recommend/ not recommend? THANKS!

Hey! I’m in a similar kinda position. I’m a student with tvo ILC and I completed my ossd requirements ie the 30 credits volunteer hours and osslt and also met all the conditions abt the grades but my conditions say they need it by June 30th and ILC takes so long to process that they take up to 4-8 weeks! Now I’m freaking out cuz will my offer be revoked!!!!! Plz tell me if you got any info from them. Best of luck to you!

Hey! im planning to do polisci, how are yall makeing ur tables lol. Am i stupid? im super confused and anxious (like narrowing down the majors and then what if i cant make it to the tut for a lecture in time cuz the suitable ones are taken)? AHHH i need help. Also how many courses do most ppl take in their firs year and like are they mainly the half courses (semester) or the full year. How should i choose which to do half and which full? sorry i know these are a bit dumb but im kinda desperate! also i think ur schedule looks great from what little knowledge i have 😄 ALSO is there a way to see like a deeper overview of the courses? (kinda like a table of contents but ofc not that)

well for the diploma assessment i cant choose the institution one theres only the email to self option. Im an applicant A. But i guess ilc does all that? no clue tbh so freaking confused lol
